This C# program is customized to really just work with the Slide.Show silverlight project. You could use some of the features for other purposes but it is designed to take you through a process to end up with a new album to put on your Slide.Show. Currently you have to manually merge the XML into one file but that is really easy.
Here is a screen shot: It isn't pretty but it is functional. I chose to have it working before it looks good.
